What is the age limit?
We welcome participants aged 6 and up, provided they are comfortable with the backpack's dimensions:
Height: 19 inches (1 ft 7 in)
Width: 13.5 inches (1 ft 1.5 in)
Weight: 12 pounds
However, please note that Meta Quest recommends their equipment for ages 10 and older. If parents are comfortable with their younger children (6+) participating, we are happy to accommodate.

How long is the experience?
Each mission should take around 75 to complete. However, the length is based on how much you interact with the Luna Aqua crew.
Can I go alone?
Going through alone is not reccomended. We strongly encourage bringing a group. The Lunar Light: Discovery was specifically designed with groups in mind to maximize the fun and interaction. The full magic of the experience really comes to life when shared with others. Bring your friends, family, or team along—it’s the best way to enjoy the moon.
How heavy are the backpacks?
12 pounds. Distributed evenly. participants MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY THE BACKPACK
Can children go alone?
Children/teens under the age of 14 must be accompanied by at least one adult chaperone.

Will the VR give me motion sickness?
We have not had one complaint about motion sickness.
While we can’t 100% guarantee it, we've designed our experiences to be very different from other VR experiences you may have tried before. Since there is movement in the VR during our shuttle ride, we have placed a handrail so your brain can adjust.
Can I wear glasses?
Yes! You can fit the VR goggles over your glasses.
Will we run into each other while in VR?
Everyone will be able to see each other’s avatar. Everything in VR will be outfitted in the real world. If there is a wall in VR…it’s also in the real world. Just pay attention to the design and everyone will be safe!
What's your cleaning and sanitization process?
We clean and disinfect all equipment after every use, including the masks on our headsets, headset lenses, haptic vests, and props. Our disinfectants are also qualified for use against COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Sanitizing our equipment and facilities is always a standard procedure as health, safety, and cleanliness is a priority.
When should I arrive?
Mission Specialists are required to arrive AT LEAST 10 minutes before their mission time. We reccomend arriving 10 minutes ahead of scheduled mission time to check in with IGSA (Intergalactic Security Agency) and enjoy our Officers Club.

Yes you can! Let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled Mission starts. Rescheduling is subject to availabilty. Same day changes are not possible.
